The projected growth trajectory coupled with the enhanced infrastructural developments mooted for the town of Lüderitz, are best placed to offer a platform for case studies to other Settlements, Villages, Town Councils and Municipalities in their pursuits of development. The Tses Village Council under the leadership of its Vice Chairperson Hon. Cllr. Julian Christiaan and other Councilors’ accompanied by their Chief Executive Officer Mr. Fritz Christiaan paid Council a working visit on the 09 August 2024 to advance their ambitions of renewing the Twinning Agreement entered into during 2014. The First Servant, His Worship, the Mayor Hon. Cllr. Phillippus A. Balhao accompanied by Hon. Cllr’s. Josephine Heita and Johannes Abraham hosted the visitors, where lengthy deliberations were held in the Council Chambers around the content and context of the mooted Memorandum of Understanding, both Councils agreed to renew their agreements with specific additions being tabled.
